Teona’s professional expertise covers a wide spectrum of legal areas, encompassing Personal Data Protection Law, Corporate Law, Contract and Labor Law, Intellectual Property Law, and Tax Law. She is an active member of the Georgian Bar Association and holds an attorney’s license specializing in civil and administrative law.
Throughout her career, Teona has demonstrated proficiency in handling notable transactions, including those related to prestigious sports licenses such as UEFA Champions League, NBA, English Premier League, Formula 1, Wimbledon, ATP, WTA, and other similar engagements.
Teona’s professional engagements extend across territories encompassing Georgia, as well as other regions such as Ukraine, the Philippines, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, and beyond. Whereas Teona possesses experience in working with the Georgian, English, and Russian languages, she demonstrates proficiency in multilingual communication and is adept at conducting professional activities in diverse linguistic contexts.
Teona’s proficiency in Personal Data Protection Law is underscored by the CIPP/E Certificate issued by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).
