Tamara serves as a founding partner and CEO at PLC Consulting. Drawing upon a wealth of experience within the legal domain, she has offered legal counsel to notable entities in both the Georgian and international spheres. Among these entities are SOFTSWISS, Euro Games Technology, Setanta Sports, Georgian State Electrosystem, and various others, with her dedicated legal support spanning multiple years. 

Tamara’s professional proficiency spans a diverse array of legal domains, including but not limited to Personal Data Protection Law, Corporate Law, Contract and Labor Law, International Law, Administrative Law, and Tax Law. Her extensive experience extends to numerous years of representation before both judicial and administrative authorities.

Over the course of her professional trajectory, Tamara has exhibited adept proficiency in the facilitation of licenses and permits related to Gambling and Games of Chance, as well as in the management of sports licenses and channel distribution agreements. Additionally, she has played a pivotal role in the formulation and implementation of Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies and procedures. She has served as a representative in several hundred trials and oral hearings in administrative cases.

Tamara’s professional involvements span geographical jurisdictions, including Georgia, as well as other territories such as the United Kingdom, Cyprus, Malta, and various European Union countries, alongside Azerbaijan, Armenia, Kazakhstan, and beyond. In addition to her expertise in the Georgian, English, and Russian languages, Tamara exhibits adeptness in multilingual communication, showcasing proficiency in conducting professional activities within varied linguistic contexts.
